2. What is the process of ordering a Modular Kitchen ?
Firstly our team of designers understand the requirements of the client, which is then followed by a site visit. The measurements on the site are verified. A presentation is then given to the client explaining him the proposed kitchen design along with the quote. On approval, the order is placed with our principles for production.
3. My house is under construction. When can I get involved with you?
You can start kitchen designing right away. If the walls have not come up the floor plan can be used for designing. Based on the approved design, civil detail drawings can be submitted to the builder
4. What is the delivery and installation period for the kitchen furniture?
The normal delivery time for kitchens is between 10-12weeks on finalization of design and confirmation of order. In case of special finishes like high gloss lacquer etc. the time extends to 14-16 weeks.
5. How does one maintain a modular kitchen ?
Maintenance of a modular kitchen is very easy and not time consuming. A General Care Instruction card is presented to every client in order to make the job simpler and precise. Maintenance is more trouble free as compared to civil one.
6. Can we renovate our existing kitchen ?
Yes. Old kitchens can be renovated into sparkling new kitchens. With the factory support, the cabinets can be customized to suit existing dimensions.
7. What are the type of front finishes are available ?
You can order several different front finishes like melamine, laminate, gloss laminate, matt lacquer, high gloss lacquer, veneer, solid wood, acrylic & stainless steel.
8. Is the civil work also included in your scope of work ?
If the client desires, then we can certainly offer services for civil work along with the supply of the kitchen furniture.
9. What kind of Electrical Appliances can I get for my kitchen?
We have tie ups with several imported appliance brands. The client is also free to procure these appliances on his own in coordination with our team.
10. Are your kitchens covered by Warranty ?
Yes, our kitchens are covered by warranty for materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years. Conditions apply.
